We are facing polarities in different situations of working environment. One example of a classical polarity is: Deliver fast and with low costs vs. deliver in a high quality. Most likely people perceive a polarity form their perspective as an either or. But is this how it has to be? Do we really need to choose up sides? Or is there a way to integrate both perspectives in order to benefit from each other.
In this session, you will get a brief overview on the theory of polarities, and ideas how to integrate polarities and which intervention could foster this integration. Afterwards you will practice one intervention in order to integrate polarities. We will share our insights and discuss how to apply the intervention in business and leadership especially in an international context.
